Job Description:
As a Customer Service Officer at Mall of Qatar, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all patrons of the mall. Your primary role will be to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the mall by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering assistance as needed.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person in a friendly and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Provide information about the mall, including directions, events, and promotions. 4. Assist customers with locating stores, services, and amenities within the mall. 5. Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with other mall staff to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Keep track of customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications. 8. Stay up-to-date on mall policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Reliable and independent worker who can effectively manage their workload. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. 5. Good verbal and written communication skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 8. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
