Customer Service Officer

Qatar Sports Investments is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Officer to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. 2. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Assist customers with product information and recommendations. 5. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Utilize negotiation skills to resolve any customer issues or disputes. 7. Continuously strive for innovation in improving customer service processes and procedures. 8. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism. 4. Strong negotiation skills. 5. Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
