Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team at Qatar National Broadband Network in Doha. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to their issues.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with product-related questions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 7. Seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers. 8. Provide feedback on customer concerns and trends to the management team.
Requirements: 1. Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Independent and dedicated with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Creativity and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 7. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 9. Ability to work part-time, flexible hours. 10. Visa sponsorship and transportation provided by the company. 11. Travel opportunities may be available. 12.
