Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team at Qatar Science & Technology Park. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This role will require a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and resourceful mindset - Strong adaptability and creativity skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
