Job Description - Customer Service Officer

At Qatar Steel Company, we are seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Service Officer to join our team in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Maintain customer records and update account information - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Monitor customer satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures - Use time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Time management skills and ability to multitask - Research skills to gather and analyze customer feedback - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Adaptability to changing customer needs and company policies
