Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Qatar Biobank is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of being independent and resourceful. Additionally, the successful candidate should have strong soft skills in project management and persuasion.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via remote communication channels - Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and be resourceful - Soft skills in project management and persuasion - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
