Job Description:
Katara Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work from home position based in Doha, Qatar, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 7. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Comfortable with using technology and learning new software programs. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
