Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar National Broadband Network is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support for broadband services - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Consistently meeting or exceeding customer service quality standards

Requirements: - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Emotional intelligence and attention to detail - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
