Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Free Zones Authority is looking for a part-time Customer Service Officer who can work from home. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with efficiency and empathy. 3. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience. 6. Maintain customer records and update databases as needed. 7. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding issues. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members. 3. Analytical skills to understand customer needs and preferences. 4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
