Job Description - Customer Service Representative


Job Description:


Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha, QA. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and account inquiries - Process orders and returns in a timely and efficient manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously look for opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strategic planning and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
