Job Description - Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients remotely. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner - Assist customers with product and service-related issues - Provide information on company products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals - Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service - Strong attention to detail and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in a remote customer service role is a plus
