Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Msheireb Properties is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles and possess a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Driven to exceed customer expectations and provide outstanding service. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 6. Visa sponsorship and Medical coverage required. 7. Gym membership provided as part of benefits package.
