Remote Customer Service Representative

Qatar National Cement Company is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles, who is resourceful, dedicated, and possesses excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participating in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company
