Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Qatar Electricity & Water Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resilient, have strong negotiation and cooperation skills, and be dedicated to understanding and exceeding customer expectations.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner - Processing customer orders and returns - Maintaining accurate customer records - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting with billing and payment inquiries - Keeping up to date with company policies and procedures


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and resilient attitude - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
