Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


The Customer Service Representative at Qatar Aeronautical College is responsible for providing exceptional service to students, staff, and visitors. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, adaptable, and dedicated to delivering top-notch service to all individuals they interact with.


Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist customers in-person, over the phone, and via email in a friendly and professional manner. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency. 3. Process registrations, schedule appointments, and assist with general administrative tasks. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide accurate information. 5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stocking supplies and keeping records up to date. 6. Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about College policies and procedures. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience. 3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. 8. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
