Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Sidra Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries and concerns, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and ensuring that all interactions with our organization leave a positive impression on our customers. You will be the first point of contact for many individuals seeking medical assistance, and as such, you must possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to empathize with others.
Responsibilities: - Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from patients and their families - Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of patient information - Process payments and insurance claims in a timely manner - Assist with patient registration and verify insurance coverage - Address any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience - Maintain a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service excellence
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong people management and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
