Job Description - Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Hilton in Doha, QA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and potential guests over the phone or through online communication channels. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.


Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from guests in a professional and courteous manner - Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations - Address and resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues quickly and efficiently - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times


Requirements: - Resourceful and able to think on your feet to provide solutions to guest inquiries - Driven to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with a diverse team in a remote environment - Analytical skills to assess guest needs and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other customer service software
