Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha, QA. As a part-time Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors at our medical facilities.


Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. 2. Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments. 3. Provide accurate information about medical services, procedures, and insurance coverage. 4. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. 5. Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 6. Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow. 7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing. 8. Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery. 9. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills. 10. Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 5. Strong planning and organization skills. 6. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others. 7. Passion for helping others and providing exceptional service. 8. Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations with grace. 9. High school diploma or equivalent required.
