Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Representative at Aspire Zone Foundation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and guests visiting our facilities. Your primary role will be to ensure a positive experience for all individuals by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing general information about our services and programs.


Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner to provide assistance and information. 2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and efficiently. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer service delivery. 6. Conduct research to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. 7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team. 8. Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Energetic and hardworking personality. 5. Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. 6. Research skills to gather information and address inquiries effectively. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software applications.
