Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


MEEZA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. - Provide product information and assist customers with their purchasing decisions. - Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets.


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred. - Resilient and adaptable personality traits. - Strong cooperation and emotional intelligence skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with colleagues worldwide. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
