Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

BeIN Sports is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information and assistance with orders - Processing returns and exchanges - Communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues - Maintaining accurate customer records and information - Assisting with special projects and events as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of customer service experience - Hardworking and dedicated attitude - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
