Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of being energetic and independent. Additionally, strong soft skills such as critical thinking and people management are required for success in this role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients remotely via phone, email, and chat. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Use critical thinking skills to identify and address customer concerns efficiently. 6. Manage customer relationships effectively and build trust and rapport with clients. 7. Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets set forth by the company. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve customers.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and independent personality traits. 3. Strong critical thinking and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
