Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, innovative, and creative to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information about products and services, including pricing and availability - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using computer software and applications - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
