Job Description:
Qatar Free Zones Authority is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be independent, confident, adaptable, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, order status, and shipping details. 4. Process order requests, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. 2. Strong communication skills and customer service experience. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Must have a high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
