Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Biobank is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Service Representative to work from home on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers - Assisting customers with navigating our website and online services - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Documenting all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure - Adaptability to changing situations and environments - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
