Job Description:
Mall of Qatar is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team and work remotely from home in Doha, Qatar. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and online chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Conduct research to provide customers with accurate information - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Work closely with the sales team to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for customer service and helping others - Energetic and positive attitude - Innovative and willing to learn and adapt - Research skills to provide accurate information to customers
