Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Qatar Free Zones Authority in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner 5. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience 7. Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and building rapport with clients 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service 2. Resilient and energetic personality traits 3. Strong negotiation and cooperation skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 6. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software 7. Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
