Job Description - Customer Service Specialist


Job Description:


Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, resilient, and possess strong analytical and decision-making skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Handle customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong analytical and decision-making skills
