Job description:
Qatar Museums is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a part-time basis. As an entry-level role with no years of experience required, this position is perfect for individuals looking to begin their career in customer service within the cultural sector.
Responsibilities: - Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing information about exhibitions, events, and programs offered by Qatar Museums - Assist visitors with any inquiries or issues they may have, ensuring a positive and memorable experience - Process ticket sales and memberships accurately and efficiently - Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and effectively - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience across all touchpoints - Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
Requirements: - Passion for art, culture, and heritage preservation - Confidence in interacting with a diverse range of visitors, including tourists, locals, and stakeholders - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - High emotional intelligence to empathize with customer concerns and address them proactively - Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Arabic being a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
