Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Woqod is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. 2. Process customer orders and handle returns or exchanges efficiently. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their purchases. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Act as a brand ambassador for Woqod, promoting our products and services to customers.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and energetic personality, able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude. 2. Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
