Job Description - Customer Service Specialist


Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center in Doha. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. This role is part-time and ideal for individuals who are energetic, confident, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. 2. Assist customers with product information, ordering, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Energetic and confident attitude. 7. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve. 8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
