Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

The ideal candidate for this role will be confident and energetic, with strong critical thinking and negotiation skills. We are looking for individuals who can work independently and remotely, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Meet key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service roles - Confident and energetic personality - Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
