Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Qatar Electricity & Water Company. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions - Assisting customers with account management and billing inquiries - Providing product and service information to customers - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Excellent presentation and leadership skills - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Ability to work remotely and independently - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection - High school diploma or equivalent
