Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Qatar Foundation is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a high level of energy and passion for serving our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Develop rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability. 4. Handle customer escalations and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. 7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong communication skills and adaptability to various customer personalities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
