Qatar Steel Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work from home on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a resilient and driven individual with strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent
