Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

BeIN Sports is seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to work from home in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Specialist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles and exhibit traits of independence and confidence.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide accurate and timely information regarding BeIN Sports products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Assist customers with billing, subscription, and technical support questions. 5. Maintain detailed customer records and update information in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication and cooperation skills. 3. Ability to work independently and confidently. 4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
