Job Description:
Mall of Qatar is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and remote work.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues - Provide product information, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to customers' needs - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers - Assist in creating and implementing customer success strategies - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Any other duties as assigned
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Resourceful and driven mindset - Emotional intelligence and persuasion skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
