Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


As a Customer Success Assistant at Qatar National Broadband Network, your main responsibility will be to assist customers in optimizing their experience with our broadband services. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure that all customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback are addressed promptly and effectively.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues with their broadband services - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and provide assistance in optimizing their service - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to customers


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and confident personality traits - Critical thinking and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
