Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will work remotely to support our customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Assist customers with product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and account management - Track customer interactions and update customer records in our CRM system - Collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and preferences - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals on a regular basis

Requirements: - Reliable and motivated individual with a strong commitment to customer success - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) - Availability to work remotely during scheduled shifts - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
