Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Hilton in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience throughout their journey with our company. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide support, and ensure that their expectations are met.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Provide training and assistance to customers on how to use our products or services effectively - Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to drive customer retention and satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and planning abilities - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Dedicated to delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
