Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing customer accounts and relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various communication channels. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 4. Assist in tracking customer success metrics and reporting on key performance indicators. 5. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success strategies.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and confident individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong project management and decision-making abilities. 3. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems is a plus.
