Job Description:
As a Customer Success Assistant at Qatargas Operating Company Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This is a remote position where you will have the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and follow up to ensure their needs are met. 3. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and make recommendations to the Customer Success Manager. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for new customers. 5. Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Assist in creating and maintaining customer success documentation and resources.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer success role. 2. Resourceful and reliable with the ability to work independently. 3. Strong research and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
