Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description: Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Doha, QA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in customer success. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and confident, with strong soft skills in strategic planning and people management.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers through various channels (email, phone, chat) to provide support and assistance - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Provide product training and onboarding support to customers as needed - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive customer success - Monitor customer feedback and analyze data to identify trends and insights

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
