Job Description - Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team at Hamad Medical Corporation in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our services and products.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention - Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Contribute to the development of customer success initiatives and programs


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and independent with the ability to work autonomously - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
