Job Description:
Mall of Qatar is seeking a hardworking and resourceful Customer Success Associate to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Assist with customer onboarding and retention efforts - Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and loyalty - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong time management and organizational skills - Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
