Job Description - Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


Qatar National Cement Company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be independent, energetic, have strong negotiation skills, and a keen attention to detail.


Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Provide support and assistance to customers through various channels, such as email, phone, and online chat - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on product improvements - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and retention - Assist with onboarding new customers and provide training on our products and services - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in a customer success or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously - Energetic and proactive attitude towards problem-solving - Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail
