Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis and work remotely from home in Doha, Qatar. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any questions or concerns they may have - Proactively reach out to customers to provide support and assistance in using our products and services - Identify and address any issues or roadblocks preventing customers from achieving their desired outcomes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer inquiries and escalations - Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions to help customers maximize the value they receive from our offerings - Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve overall customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes and offerings
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for delivering engaging presentations - Resourceful problem solver with a strong sense of initiative and accountability - Reliable team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Comfortable adapting to change and quickly learning new technology and processes
