Job Description:
Silatech is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Develop a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and how our products and services can support their success. - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition. - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and upsell additional products or services. - Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products effectively. - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and solutions that meet customers' needs and drive customer retention and growth. - Represent Silatech at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our products and services.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Reliable and confident with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. - Proficient in research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction. - Knowledge of CRM software and other customer success tools. - Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events.
