Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager at Qatar Rail, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by managing relationships with key clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. This position requires a high level of energy, reliability, research skills, and adaptability to effectively anticipate and meet customer needs.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing ongoing support and assistance - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing customers - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improving the customer experience - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and loyalty - Represent Qatar Rail at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services - Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community and support our mission
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong research and adaptability skills - Experience working in the transportation or infrastructure industry is a plus
