Job Description - Customer Success Manager


Job Description:


As a Customer Success Manager at Qatargas Operating Company Limited, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to ensure their success - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services - Monitor customer usage data and provide insights to drive product improvements - Prepare and present reports on customer success metrics and KPIs - Advocate for the customer within the company to ensure their needs are met


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and dedication to customer success - People management and creativity skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
